		<description>I work for a recruitment site, and it&#039;s amazing how much Twitter adoption has grown in this sector alone. I&#039;m still not completely convinced that everyone has a good grip on how to get the most from it however... anyway, let&#039;s hope they find a business model soon, personally I&#039;d be lost without it!</description>
