Calling for me is like carrying important massage to someone who need that massage. That was the concrete of telegraph and later telephones. Later, when a phone started to become the first international connection web people started to use it for other things: dating, meeting people etc. So in this new way of understanding - it was just like Facebook, Twitter and other social networking systems.
