Last Friday we posted the results of our Stegg Competition. The winner was Mark Denn, Moreover’s VP of Sales, with his Scotch Eggs.
Let’s learn a little bit more about our winner:
What’s your recipe for Scotch Eggs?
1. Boil your eggs for 6 mins, allow to go cold
2. Using a high quality Sausage meat, flatten and wrap around egg
3. Refrigerate for an hour
4. Using egg and breadcrumbs coat and deep fry on 160 C for 7 minutes
